CRACO being displeased and disappointed with the decision of Honorable Justice D.I. Adamaigbo of the High Court of Justice, Edo State striking out a case of defilement of a 9-year old child on the ground that the victim’s father has forgiven the offender, wrote a protest letter to the Honourable Chief Justice of Edo State.
