A two-year old girl, Naama Abu Al- Foul, was playing outside her home in Gaza City when she was thrown into the air by an Israeli missle blast. When she fell back to the earth, she landed squarely on her face. Her father, Fadi, was also thrown off his feet by the blast. Naama’s face was covered in blood. She suffered concussion and both her eyes were terribly bruised, but thankfully she survived. When she recovered consciousness her first words were a weak “ya Allah”, or “Oh God”.
