Children protest over killing of their parents for three consecutive days in Katsina

Scores of children took to the streets with sticks to protest over the killings of their parents by bandits for three consecutive days in Katsina.

Bandits have reportedly launched several attacks on different villages in Katsina, including the Wurma community which was attacked for three days, without intervention from security operatives,

Wurma Village a big farming community is completely deserted and security personnel are nowhere to be found. The pain in the voices of the
young children speaks volumes.

In the video seen by CRACO, the children, who had no adult supervision, blocked a major road as they expressed their grievances and mourned their dead parents.
